Over the past few months, our team has supported Aplantex in the implementation and the closing of a CAD 2.8 million financing round. This operation, led by Frédérick Perrault, benefited from the participation of the Circular Innovation Fund (CIF) as part of its acceleration program, Cycle Momentum, Investissement Québec as well as several leading private investors.
The conclusion of this operation is a new step towards Aplantex's commercialization initiatives, enabling the company to accelerate the execution of its strategic plan and optimize its production capacity:

This funding will also help Aplantex realize its international ambitions, as its production methods and potential are easily exportable and lend themselves to global development and commercialization.
Our team has been supporting Aplantex for several years to ensure the organization's corporate compliance and to support management in structuring the first rounds of financing. Anthony Quevillon from our team was recently appointed to the board of advisors to bring his legal, entrepreneurial and managerial experience to Aplantex.
